White Peach is a Pai Mu Tan white tea symphony with a delicate taste of ripe peaches. It is mildly flavored to give out a fine bouquet! Use 2 grams (3 teaspoons) for 6 oz water. Wash & prime the leaves by adding hot water. Rinse and discharge after 20 seconds. First infusion - Steep for 4 minutes @ 200 F. Second infusion - Steep for 5 minutes @ 212 F (less fruity) Amber colored cup with a fine bouquet.
