A twist on the classic chai, White Chai combines: Pai Mu Tan White tea, Mao feng Green tea, and whole spices- Cardamom, Cloves, Ginger, and Cinnamon. A well balanced white tea with the exotic taste and aroma of whole Asian spices. Use 2 grams (3 teaspoons) for 6 oz water. Steep for 5 minutes @ 212 F. Strain the liquid and add honey to taste. Milk may be added if desired. Use the spent leaves and spices for a second infusion. Steep for 5 minutes @ 212 F. Strain the liquid and add honey to taste. May not be suitable for milk as the intensity of the flavor would have diminished.
