Oliphant Estate Mao Feng Ceylon Tea

This very special whole leaf green tea produced in the Nuwara Eliya region of Sri Lanka at 5000 feet elevation. It creates a light liquor with a second infusion possible. Use 2 grams (1 teaspoon) for 6 oz water. Steep for 3 minutes @ 160 F. A second infusion may be possible with the same leaves. This time steep for 4 minutes @ 170 F.
