Green Mu Tan
Green Mu Tan is made of large open whole leaves picked in Spring. Two infusions are possible without bitterness. Best possible brew instructions: Steep 2 grams of tea in 10 oz water for 3 minutes at 170°F. Do not over steep. A second infusion is possible!
A springtime green tea consisting of very tender buds and leaves. Makes a yellowish green brew with a pleasant slightly astringent taste. Use 2 grams in 8 ounces of water and steep for 3-4 minutes at 160 F. Do not over steep. A second infusion is possible.
