Dragon Well (Lung Ching)
Dragon Well is a hand processed tea comprising of buds and tender leaves which are fire worked to produce long flat whole leaves. It produces a pale yellow liquor and two infusions are possible. Use 2 grams for 6 oz water. Wash and prime the leaves with hot water for 20 seconds and discharge. First Infusion - Steep for 3 minutes @ 160 F. Second Infusion - Steep for 4 minutes @ 170 F.
